Refund policy

Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns as our items are custom made to order.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If ordering online and you purchase an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can correct the order.  If the cost of the items are the same, we can simply adjust it on our side.  If the cost of the items are different, we will have to refund the original item and you will have to purchase the intended item.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
